What is the B.A.B Network?
It stands for Be A Blessing Network.
It's a movement built on a simple but powerful actions: encouraging others, showing up for our communities, and "paying it forward."
We believe wellness isnt only physical - it includes mindset, a healthy lifestyle, and financial stabilty
Our Mission
To encourage, equip, and connect individuals and families to resources that help them thrive while building a culture of people with a heart to serve and be a blessing to others . We are a wellness resource network rooted in faith inspired to help people thrive in mind, body, spirit and finances.
How We Serve
We create community impact through offering encouragement, practical tools, outreach, giveaways, volunteerism, trainings, initiatives, and partnerships with trusted organizations and local business.
Legacy
B.A.B Network was inspired by honoring a family legacy of service and generosity. The network was created to keep that servant- hearted spirit alive for generation to come.
Meet our Founder
B.A.B. Network LLC

Tracey Padmore founded B.A.B. Network LLC out of her passion for helping others and desire to create a movement of people "being the change they want to see in the world (paraphrased- Ghandi)". Tracey is a woman of faith, a wife, mother, Realtor, Educator, Entrepreneur, Investor and more. This Network was birthed out of her desire to be a resource to help others. We want to see people tap into their true purpose and create change as we serve our communities. It's our belief that being a blessing to others through simple acts of kindness, having a good mindset, purpose, healthy lifestyles and financial well being is essential to thrive. Our philosophy, "Love God & Love Others" Matthew 22:36-40

Join in the B.A.B. weekly Wellness Challenge (4 for 4)
This 4 days out of the week challenge is a simple commitment to doing 4 actions: move your body, strengthen your mindset, improve your finances, and do acts of kindness - small acts, big impact. (can easily be done every other day, during weekdays, or modified to your lifestyle. The goal "PROGRESS not PERFECTION"
Move
Move. Walk, workout, steps 30 minutes a day
1 mindful meal a day ( water, fruits, plant based foods, reduce sugar intake, cook vs eat out, eat smaller portion meals, mindful snacking)
Mindset
Mindset Growth- 15 min a day personal development. Bible reading, scripture reflection, prayer, inspirational reading, mediation, breathing exercises, affirmations, audio books
(choose options that aligns with your beliefs)
Money
Do one money move: track, save, pay down, learn. Track spending, credit usage, budget, save & contribute extra $5 toward business goals 4 days a week, learn more about wealth creation through entrepreneurship & real estate investing
Bless
One intentional act of blessing a day (4x a week).
(examples: volunteer, do a good deed, an encouraging text, call, email, handwritten note or visit, pray or do something nice for a stranger, someone hard to love, a friend or family member, donate to cause, monetary gift,
